Kat Athanasiades (she/hers) is a strategy, learning, and evaluation professional bringing 15 years of experience in evaluation and philanthropy to her current role with ELCP. As part of the Center for Evaluation Innovation team, Kat focused on building intentional community in philanthropy to advance racial equity and justice. She is a mentor and member of the development committee at the Abramson Scholarship Foundation.
Kat is a certified Master Practitioner of Emergent Learning (cohort year 2018), and most enjoys creating and supporting spaces of belonging and stretch for folks wrestling with tough questions together. She holds a Master of International Affairs in economic and political development and a BA in sociology and anthropology. Kat is based in Washington, DC, and is loving introducing her young kids to the joys (and perils) of exploring the city by bike. She keeps a list of karaoke-able songs on every electronic device should the opportunity arise to belt out some tunes at an EL event. Come find me if this is also you!
