J. is an emergent learning practitioner who brings more than 25 years of experience in health, non-profit, community, and philanthropic settings. She currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical and Community Services at Family Services, Inc. In this role, J. leads a team of 35 full-time staff to provide quality services to over 2,000 survivors and community residents per year in the Winston-Salem, NC area. J. manages programs and services to respond to trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and child maltreatment. She assures compliance with an annual grant portfolio of over $2 million dollars from local, state and federal sources.  
 
J. also leads Results Craft LLC, an Evaluation and Learning firm she started in 2014. J. offers expertise in areas such as creating monitoring and evaluation systems, designing measurement tools and feedback processes, qualitative research, program improvement, health equity, community organizing and more. She is a deep listener and is focused on engaging stakeholders to improve services and solve problems. 
 
J. has a Doctorate in Public Health and a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
