Natalie Portman-Marsh is the owner of NPM Consulting, LLC in Boulder, Colorado. Natalie is building on her years as a faculty member with Fourth Quadrant Partners to promote the non-profit sector involvement with Emergent Learning. As an independent consultant, Natalie specializes in system and organization culture change activities, strategic planning, and coaching to support learning. Recent clients engaged with developing a culture of learning include The Annie E Casey Foundation and Feeding America. Natalie is trained in a national model to improve civic engagement and cultivate community voice in programs and policy. She is an adjunct faculty at the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social Work, and is involved in multiple boards including the National Association of Social Work, Colorado Chapter, the Colorado School Medicaid Consortium, and Equi-Rhythm, an equine therapy organization. Natalie earned a Certification from Georgetown Leadership Academy in Disparities in Mental Health, a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and an Advanced Practitioner Certification in Emergent Learning.
