Veena Pankaj supports the Impact Project and serves as a faculty member and coach.

Veena is passionate about creating pathways for learning, inspiration, and social change and has over two decades of experience working closely with foundations and nonprofits to answer questions about program design, implementation, and impact. After serving over 10 years as Co-Director of Innovation Network – a nonprofit, mission-oriented consulting firm- she has launched her own consulting practice, Eval4Learning, where she partners with foundations and nonprofits to connect evaluation to learning and action. Veena offers a learning orientation that draws on a combination of principles from emergent learning, participatory evaluation, and coaching. 

Veena received her MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia. In addition to being an Advanced Practitioner of Emergent Learning, she has also completed a certification in Organization Development through Georgetown University and received her Associate Diversity Coach certification.
