As Vice President of Community Impact at America’s Promise Alliance — a practitioners’ community for youth-supporting organizations – she co-leads programming to build the capacity of leaders to address their most pressing organizational challenges and work together on collective action to advance better and more equitable outcomes. Parv is an advanced Results CountTM leadership practitioner and a certified advanced practitioner in emergent learning.
