The EL Community Project conducts an open enrollment program each year beginning in January or February.  In this training program, you will learn to apply the Practices and Principles of Emergent Learning with others in a collaborative setting. The program begins virtually over four months and culminates with a day and half in-person meeting each year.

Participants range from early to late-career professionals in foundations, nonprofits and consulting organizations seeking to make a difference in their internal organizational learning cultures, social change initiatives and networks or consulting practices. The program uses a mix of interactive all-cohort sessions and smaller coaching group sessions requiring participants to bring these principles and practices of Emergent Learning into their ongoing work. The program is highly participatory in nature. Participants learn EL by applying it to their current work goals and challenges and reflecting on their experiences with their peers.
