Ross Strategic
Tim Larson is President of Ross Strategic, a US-based consultancy focused on providing strategy, collaborative process, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning services for foundations, NGOs, and government and international organizations working to advance environmental and social change. Tim has substantive expertise in diverse areas including climate change, air quality management, just clean energy transitions, energy efficiency, land conservation, water sustainability, large aquatic ecosystem protection and restoration, corporate environmental management, clean transportation, equitable community economic development, and finance and impact investing. Tim participated in the 2014 Emergent Learning Community of Practice cohort, and he and his colleagues at Ross Strategic use emergent learning approaches across many projects. Tim has a graduate degree in environmental policy and urban and regional planning from the School for Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. Tim is based in Austin, Texas, where he enjoys hiking and listening to live music.
