Elaine Lander (she/they) serves on the EL Advisory Panel and as a faculty member and coach for the EL training program.
Elaine is the Evaluation & Learning Officer with Sierra Health Foundation and The Center where she supports organizational learning, facilitates strategic alignment, and develops grantee centered evaluations across government- and philanthropic-funded portfolios. Elaine is committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, curiosity, deep contextual understanding, and strives to apply an equity lens to all areas of work. She began her training in Emergent Learning in 2022 and is currently pursuing her Advanced Practice Certification. In her spare time, Elaine can be found knitting, hiking or cooking over a campfire.
