Tracy Costigan serves as a faculty member and coach for EL training programs.
Tracy achieved her emergent learning advanced practitioner certificate as part of the 2018 cohort and joined the ELCP faculty in 2024.
From 2014-2024, Tracy was at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), where she was instrumental in shaping the organization’s approaches to strategy, learning, and measurement including: designing and facilitating the multi-component strategic planning process to produce RWJF’s new (2023) strategic framework; developing practices to strengthen strategic learning, strategy review, and decision making resulting in greater programmatic alignment; and building RWJF’s EL practice, helping teams to hold a strong line of sight, keep the work at the center, and return learning to the system. In addition, she led research and evaluation projects related to firearm violence prevention, social and emotional development, and building community resilience.
Tracy earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University, and her BA in biology-psychology from Tufts University. Outside of work, Tracy is passionate about skiing and family time.
