Yen is a thought partner, strategist, inclusive facilitator, and relational systems thinker. Anchored by Emergent Learning and the Equitable Evaluation FrameworkTM (where she is currently an EEI coach), she supports team’s and individual’s ability to center their practice, mindsets, and strategies on relationships and elevating communities who have historically been unseen and unheard. Although Yen has a doctorate, her most valuable learning comes from her family, friends and everything and everyone around that inspires and provokes her.
