Diane Scearce

Consultant

Diana accompanies social change makers as they learn and adapt in service of an equitable, just, and climate-stable world. Her consulting work takes many forms: supporting organizational learning, serving as a developmental evaluator, facilitating strategic dialogue, stewarding communities of practice, and leading collaborative research initiatives. She is especially passionate about fostering cultures where diverse people and perspectives can come together to imagine and enact paths toward a better future. Diana was a 2017 EL cohort member. EL has since become woven across her consulting practice, shaping how she helps groups learn, adapt, and meaningfully contribute to systems change. Prior to independent consulting, Diana held leadership positions in learning and evaluation at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation and Skoll Global Threats Fund. Before entering the foundation world, she worked as a strategist, facilitator, and researcher at the social change consulting firm, Monitor Institute.
