Fuller Impact

After 20 years in private philanthropy at the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust, Lori built off of her focus on evaluation and learning to launch Fuller Impact, a consulting firm to support nonprofits and foundations. She brings her realistic optimism—her head and her heart–to helping groups make their thinking visible, deepen their strategy, and improve their implementation in order to amplify their impact. Her combination of knowledge and skills are unique, and her approach is flexible. Lori works with nonprofit teams, community learning groups, and cross-sector networks on issues including support for parents of young children, the public benefits cliff and economic mobility, dementia capable communities, and school discipline and policing. Lori has taught grants management and nonprofit evaluation at local colleges in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She has master’s degrees in both social work and business administration and is a Certified Advanced Practitioner in Emergent Learning.
