Feeding America
Melanie Nowacki has been with Feeding America for 20 years in a variety of leadership roles. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Network Learning and Engagement. In this role she leads the integrated learning strategy for the network of 200 food bank organizations across the country. She is grateful to be on the EL Community Advisory Panel. She holds a curiosity for the power of storytelling, a passion for applying learning to increase impact, and a desire to deepen the equity, diversity and inclusion focus of her EL and facilitation practices.
