Ray brings over 30 years of experience in learning-based design and facilitation to support multi-stakeholders in addressing complex change. In recent years his work has focused on advancing gender and racial equality in communities, intergovernmental, foundations and not for profit organizations. He also supports leaders to develop learning-based approaches to intractable issues such as climate change and early childhood education in impoverished locations. He has been a faculty member of emergent learning intensive training since 2016.
