Rex Fyles

Gender at Work

Rex Fyles has engaged in complex social change processes for almost forty years, working mainly with Canadian NGOs and teaching at the University of Ottawa. As an associate of Gender at Work, he particularly enjoys exploring how people of all genders and backgrounds learn to see, question and transform social norms, power dynamics and organizational practices for greater inclusion and wellbeing.  Rex helps design, co-facilitate and assess peer-based, experiential learning processes. He is deeply inspired by the many stories of change people share in these spaces.  He lives in Gatineau Quebec with his partner of almost thirty years.
