The EL Community Project conducts an open enrollment program each year beginning in January. In this program, you will learn to improve your results by using the Principles and practices of Emergent Learning with others in a collaborative setting. The program begins virtually over five months and culminates with a three day in-person meeting in June.
Participants range from early to late-career professionals in foundations, nonprofits and consulting organizations seeking to make a difference in their internal organizational learning cultures, social change initiatives and networks or consulting practices. Each of the five cohort sessions is interactive and asks you to apply what you are learning to your actual work. Two weeks later in five-person coaching sessions participants bring the principles and practices of Emergent Learning into their ongoing work. The program is highly participatory in nature. Participants learn EL by applying it to their current work goals and challenges and reflecting on their experiences with their peers.
