The EL Community Project

Launched in 2021, the Emergent Learning Community Project is a grant funded project of Global Philanthropy Partnership. Its purpose is to support a vital, diverse and growing community of practitioners who, together and individually, are deepening their practice and creating the conditions for stronger thinking, action and results in the organizations and the larger systems in which they work. Through a variety of activities, the EL Community Project helps practitioners both expand their vision for what’s possible and apply EL to specific and concrete goals.

The EL Community Project is led by a team of three project co-directors. An EL Community Advisory Panel is composed of community members who serve rotating terms of two-to-three years. It supports a number of Project Fellows who undertake specific projects or serve as faculty in EL training programs.

Individuals who complete an ELCP-led program become EL Community members, gaining access to programming, resources, and peer support. Community members play a variety of roles in supporting each other in deepening their EL practice.
